All our manufacturers do not accept any returns on any auto electrical product.

30-Day Return Policy

If your order arrives and it’s not exactly what you want, you may return it within 30 days for an Exchange. We know that people sometimes order a part and then discover it’s not exactly the one they need for the repair. We understand and want to work with you. Just make sure the item is in its original packaging and in good condition free of damage and has not been installed.
When a returned product comes back to us, we’ll check it over to make sure it’s in ‘Like New’ condition and free from damage such as dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Exchange processing may take a few business days from the time your product is received by Voltage Auto Electrical.

30-Day Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange your merchandise, you may also do that within 30-days. The reason for the exchange doesn’t matter. If any of these situations arise, we want to exchange your order to make it right.

  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You didn’t receive what you ordered
  • The package was damaged in transit

Except for items damaged in transit, exchanged merchandise should be in new and undamaged condition.

For returns and exchanges less than 30 days old, the customer must contact Voltage Auto Electrical by email or phone and request an exchange.

  1. Send an email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to: or call 073 614 7866.
  2. If an immediate replacement is required before processing can occur, the customer can purchase a second unit from Voltage Auto Electrical to be shipped to the customer at once.
  3. After Voltage Auto receives the returned unit, Voltage Auto will issue a refund for the first purchase.

Non-Qualified Items for Exchange

Items not qualifying for an exchange include ones with evidence of damage or use. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will:

If we decide to accept a non-qualified item for return, an admin fee of up to 20% will be assessed. Return processing may take a few business days from the time your product is received by Voltage Auto.
